The Reluctant Traveler with Eugene Levy, the travel program hosted by Eugene Levy on Apple TV+, is returning for a second season. It’s true what they say about travel expanding the mind, and it seems like my mind could use some more expanding after watching season one.

WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH THE RELUCTANT TRAVELER?
follows Levy’s travels as he explores the people, locations, and cultures of the world and stays at some of the most amazing hotels. “The Reluctant Traveler” chronicles Levy’s travels to some of the most stunning and fascinating places on earth.
Along with his new friends, he embarks on exhilarating local adventures, such as donning a sound bath in the Maldives, floating on ice in Finland, meeting the Navajo Nation in Utah, steering a sailboat in Lisbon, sampling Tokyo’s cuisine, and exploring the Costa Rican rainforest. Levy stops in some amazing places along the route, such as the grand Gritti Palace in Venice and a rail hotel perched above South Africa’s Kruger National Park.
Although Levy acknowledges that he isn’t often an adventurous or worldly traveler, he believes that the moment is now appropriate for him to widen his horizons. Though he is apprehensive about starting a new chapter in his life, Levy thinks that his experiences will force him to face some of his deepest anxieties and pack his suitcase accordingly. As he prepares on the most eye-opening journey yet, join him!
Levy will be followed throughout Europe in the second season, according to the streamer, “as he visits some of the continent’s most beautiful and intriguing destinations, uncovering hidden local gems with new friends and staying in remarkable and unique hotels along the way.”

In season two, when Town & Country asked Levy where he would like to travel, he replied, “There is no place.” He said, “There’s no place that’s at the top of my list because I, again, I don’t have that, ‘I would love to see this country.’ I’m not there yet.” Still, he makes seven trips: to Sweden; to Italy; to the German island of Slyt; to Saint-Tropez; and to the Greek island of Milos.
