PLOT UPDATES OF RENEGADE NELL
It’s time to let go of Dick Turpin since Renegade Nell centres on the bold and quick-witted young woman Nell Jackson. She doesn’t commit the crime, though, and quickly finds herself under suspicion for it. She travels with her younger sisters Roxy and George (played by rising stars Bo Bragason and Florence Keen) and a tenacious little ghost named Billy Blind (Nick Mohammed), having nothing to her name. There, she is forced to become a renowned highwaywoman.
Adrian Lester, who starred in Trigger Point, portrays the cunning Robert Hennessey, Earl of Poynton, Nell’s difficult opponent, and the gang must team up to test their cunning against him. Nell quickly discovers that fate has not taken her by accident and that she is destined to be involved in the power conflicts taking place on the battlefields of Europe.

Louisa Harland, who portrays youthful fugitive heroine Nell Jackson, is the main cast member in Renegade Nell. For her role as Orla McCool in the popular Channel 4 series Derry Girls, Louisa is widely recognised. She also starred in The Deceived, Boys from County Hell, Love/Hate, and Doctors.
Rebellion With an all-star cast, Nell features Joely Richardson from Nip/Tuck as the eccentric newspaper magnate Lady Moggerhanger and Adrian Lester from Trigger Point as the cunning and sly Earl of Poynton.
Newbies Bo Bragason and Florence Keen portray Roxy and George, Nell’s sisters, while Ted Lasso and Intellegence star Nick Mohammed portray Billy Blind, the prickly spirit.
The Sinner’s Alice Kremelberg plays the aspirational widow Sofia Wilmot, and Craig Parkinson, who starred in Line of Duty, as Nell’s father, Sam Trotter. Enyi Okoronkwo (The Lazarus Project) plays Rasselas, while Frank Dillane (The Essex Serpent) and Pip Torrens (The Crown) play Thomas Blancheford and Jake Dunn (Get Even).
