MONSTERS AT WORK SEASON 2: The second trailer for Disney’s animated TV series Monsters at Work, an offshoot of Pixar’s critically successful Monsters, Inc. franchise, has been released.

Tylor’s return to his alma institution Monsters U is hinted at in the video, which will cause him to keep questioning his status as a jokester.

 A special two-episode debut of Season 2 will take place on April 5 on Disney Channel and Disney XD. On May 5, it will be followed by its Disney+ premiere.

Tylor’s path as a joker and his bond with Val are put to the ultimate test. Tylor’s coworkers at Monsters Inc. start to doubt his allegiance when he unexpectedly opens up new opportunities at FearCo, a competing energy corporation. 

According to the synopsis, Tylor must find out where he truly belongs as his collaboration with Val on the Laugh Floor is tested to the breaking point.

Emmy winner Kevin Deters serves as executive producer of Monsters at Work. The voices of Mindy Kaling as Val Little, Henry Winkler as Fritz, Ben Feldman as Tylor Tuskmon, John Goodman as James P. “Sulley” Sullivan, Lucas Neff as Duncan, and Alanna Ubach as Cutter are heard in the series. Billy Crystal plays Mike Wazowski.

The guest star cast for Season 2 includes Paula Pell, Danny Pudi, Cody Rigsby, Jimmy Tatro, Danny Trejo, Joe Lo Truglio, Aubrey Plaza, Nathan Fillion, Bobby Moynihan, Jennifer Coolidge, Rhys Darby, Janelle James, Jenifer Lewis, Ali Wong, and Bowen Yang. 

The characters that Plaza, Fillion, and Moynihan played in the 2013 film Monsters University are expected to be reprised.

RELEASE DATE UPDATES OF MONSTERS AT WORK SEASON 2

The second season of Monsters at Work is scheduled to premiere in 2024.

The programme was renewed for a second season after Season 1 concluded on September 1, 2021. Although its arrival in 2024 is now assured, the precise release date and month are still unknown.

 Nonetheless, the series appears to be far advanced in its creation, with additional installments scheduled for NYCC 2023. Thus, the second season may debut by the middle of 2024, if not before. Based on the information we currently have, this date is an estimate.

In Monsters at Work Season 2, Mindy Kaling reprises her role as Val Little, Lucas Neff plays Duncan, Mindy Crystal plays Mike Wazowski, John Goodman plays James P. Sullivan, aka Sulley, Ben Feldman plays Tylor Tuskmon, and Alanna Ubach plays Cutter.
