While it’s almost a given that The Crow’s will alter a few things and present the story in a contemporary manner. While the main plot is anticipated to follow the 1994 graphic novel and film, there are elements of the over thirty-year-old tale that are in need of modernization.
CAST FOR THE CROW:
Bill Skarsgard is the one assuming the role of The Crow/Eric Draven. As a member of the Skarsgard acting family, which also includes Bill’s father Stellan and brother Alexander, Bill Skarsgard has starred in films such as John Wick: Chapter 4, Barbarian, and Eternals. However, his breakthrough performance was in the recent IT films as Pennywise the Clown, wearing ostentatious makeup similar to that of The Crow’s.
Other confirmed cast members of The Crow include actress and artist FKA Twigs (Honey Boy), who plays Shelly Webster, the lover of Eric Draven, and Danny Huston (Yellowstone).

A full-length trailer has been published, giving fans their first genuine look at the film as excitement for the return of Erik Draven and his crow character grows. With plenty of graphic violence, the trailer for The Crow seems like a sleek and fashionable take on the iconic antihero from the ’90s.
RELEASE DATE OF THE CROW’S:
On September 20, 2022, the eagerly anticipated The Crow revival will finally open in theaters. The film’s main photography wrapped up in September of last year. The debut date of The Crow’s relaunch has been set for June 7th, 2024, following an extended period of anticipation.
