“What does it mean to be human at this moment in time?” The trailer for Andrew Morgan’s documentary series A Brief History of the Future, which he produced and directed (of After the End, The True Cost, and The Heretic), has been released by PBS. Hosted by futurist Ari Wallach, the six-part series aims to inspire viewers to imagine and work toward a better future.
The series explores the dystopian framework that popular culture has embraced by looking at existential problems from a new angle and exploring workable solutions. It takes viewers on a global journey that is full of discovery, possibility, and optimism for the future. Drake and his Dream Crew label executive produce the show. It’s the debut production from Kathryn Murdoch’s new entertainment company, Futurific Studios.

Along with the previously released “A Seat at the Table” series and documentaries After the End, The True Cost, and The Heretic, Texas, USA, filmmaker Andrew Morgan is the creator of the television series A Brief History of the Future.
