As of August 4, 2023, Amazon has officially confirmed the third season of The Summer I Turned Pretty. Although they took a little longer to renew the third season, Amazon gave the go-ahead for season two before the first season of the show was even made available for streaming in 2022.
The first three episodes of Season 2 of The Summer I Turned Pretty were made available on streaming services on July 14, 2023. After that initial release, new episodes were released every week, eschewing the binge concept.
