Apparently, a smartphone said to be the Xiaomi Mi 13, would receive a self-developed chip that will enable 100W rapid charging via Weibo posts by Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station.
Additionally, it is anticipated that the smartphone would feature 50W rapid charging. It should be mentioned that Xiaomi’s 12 series of smartphones feature the power-management Surge P1.
It is anticipated that the Surge P1 processor in the Xiaomi 13 series would have been improved for better power management.
There is much speculation that the Xiaomi Mi 13 will be one of the first smartphones to use Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship SoC, which is thought to be called the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
According to a report, the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro might use Android 13 and include a 2K display. According to reports, four different versions of the lineup appeared on the IMEI.
According to reports, the series will premiere in November. Additionally, it has been rumoured that Qualcomm would introduce the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC during an event from November 14–17.
The time is the same as the rumoured launch date for the Xiaomi Mi 13 series. Leica cameras are rumoured to be included in the Xiaomi Mi 13 series in addition to rapid charging, a 2K display, and a next-generation SoC.
Xiaomi Mi 13 will employ a single-cell technology:
Popular Weibo leaker DCS shared the most recent information about the Xiaomi 13 this morning. The Xiaomi 13 will have a multi-pole ear single-cell solution, the report claims.
This chip will be used in conjunction with a self-created fast-charging IC in this flagship series. This technology will enable the device to have a huge battery and a 100-watt quick charge in a slim and light design. The smartphone will feature 50W wireless fast charging in addition to quick cable charging.
Even though the blogger did not specifically name the model, the Surge P1 chip is probably what we are dealing with. There is currently no other single-cell battery available on the market.
The 120W rapid charging for single cells is marginally slower than that for dual cells. It is still the best method for charging single-cell batteries, though. The Xiaomi 13 series will most likely include Leica photos as standard equipment in addition to rapid charging.
It will result in excellent imagery and shooting results. Previous rumours stated that the Xiaomi 13 series would have a huge 2K screen. The display effect may be virtually guaranteed with the first two versions, which have conventional 2K resolution.
