The Blade 15 is the world’s first laptop with an OLED panel that refreshes at 240Hz. Among other enhancements, the laptop includes an enhanced 12th generation Intel Core processor. The Razer Blade 15 was released on Tuesday as a follow-up to the original model, which debuted in 2019. The laptop is equipped with a 12th-generation Intel Core i9 processor, 32GB of RAM, and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics. It has a Quad-HD OLED display with a refresh rate of 240Hz. The laptop will be available in the US in the fourth quarter of 2022, but Razer has not yet announced when it would be available in other areas, including India.


In the United States, the Razer Blade 15 (2022) costs $3,499.99 (approximately Rs. 2,67,800). The laptop will go on sale in Q4 2022, but pricing and availability in additional areas is yet to be disclosed.

The Razer Blade 15 with Nvidia GeForce RTX-series graphics was earlier announced at CES 2019 for $2,299 (approximately Rs. 1,75,800), while the base variant of the Razer Blade 1’5 with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 GPU was priced at $1,599 (roughly Rs. 1,22,300).


The Razer Blade 15 (2022) is a Quad-HD (2,560×1,440 pixels) OLED display with a peak brightness of 400 nits, a 240Hz refresh rate, and a 1ms reaction time that runs on Windows 11 Home edition. The display supports the DCI-P3 colour gamut in its entirety. Users could choose between a 4K OLED display and a 240Hz LCD display on the previous Razer Blade 1’5 Advanced, which debuted in 2019.

The laptop comes equipped with a 12th-generation Intel Core i9-12900H processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics, and up to 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM. A 1TB SSD is available for content storage. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Thunderbolt 4, USB Type-C, USB Type-A, an HDMI connector, and an SD card reader are among the connectivity possibilities, according to the business.

The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i9-12900H CPU with 14 cores and 20 threads, which works in tandem with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU to provide a seamless and immersive gaming experience. A 1TB SSD and 32GB of DDR5 RAM are also included. The company has included an empty M.2 slot for future storage expansion.

A Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB-A port, an HDMI port, and an SD card reader are all included on the Razer Blade 15. The latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies are also supported. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed on the gaming laptop.
