PJ Masks Season 5: Update On Release Date, New Cast & More

PJ Masks Season 5 Disney Junior, Frog Box, Entertainment One, Walt Disney EMEA, and TeamTO have collaborated to create PJ Masks, an interactive computer-animated superhero children’s television series. The series is based on Romuald Racioppo’s book series Les Pyjamasques. There are a number of networks that carry PJ Masks across the world including Disney Junior and France 5, Tiny Pop, ABC Kids, Rai YoYo, TV Cultura, and Televisa.

Disney Junior in the United States premiered it on September 18, 2015, followed by France 5 and Disney Junior in Canada on December 18, 2015, and February 7, 2016. A second season was announced in June 2016;[4] it premiered on 15 January 2018.

This season’s premiere aired on April 19th. This may be because of the COVID-19 epidemic, which lowered Entertainment One’s produced/acquired television half-hour programming from 339 (2019) to 276 (2020) during the second quarter. The fifth season was planned to broadcast in April 2020 but instead aired on May 15, 2020.

The Plot Of PJ Masks Season 5

It’s time to transform into the superhero squad PJ Masks as darkness falls. They’ll be fighting Romeo, Luna Girl, and Night Ninja as well as The Wolfy Kids and their adversaries such as Motsuki and Octobella as well as Pharaoh Boy and Munki-Gu. Owlette (an owl) is Amaya; Gekko (a lizard) is Greg, and Catboy is Connor (a cat). Those who enjoy a bit of screen time for preschoolers and their caregivers should celebrate. To celebrate the arrival of PJ Masks Season 5, a two-part special featuring the three beautiful young superheroes will be released.

Release Date & More

To celebrate the show’s fifth season, which will air on August 13, 2021, and be filmed between April 2020 and April 2021, PJ Masks received a renewal on January 28, 2020, for the sixth season. An order for PJ Masks’ sixth season, which is expected to broadcast in 2023, was placed on June 18, 2021, and production began immediately. For $3.8 billion, Hasbro bought Entertainment One, making it the first Disney Junior show to be owned by Hasbro, even though Just Play still manufactures products for the show.

The acquisition closed on December 30, 2019. “Ninja Power Up” is a two-part special that begins the fifth season. It introduces a new enemy named Night Ninja, who steals into HQ to take all of Catboy, Owlette, and Gecko’s abilities from the Crystal of the PJ. In exchange, they give their powers to their PJ Pets, who are then trained to be heroes with their own. All of this seems extremely interesting.
