One Year After Its Official Launch, Battlegrounds Mobile India Has 100 Million Registered Users: Krafton!!!!

Battlegrounds Mobile India Updates: In July of last year, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) was made available in India.

According to Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), there are already more than 100 million users registered in India.The free-to-play battle royale game was made by the South Korean business Krafton and made available to the public in July of last year.

The game has been updated frequently since then with additional features. Battlegrounds Mobile India is a revival of the well-known PUBG Mobile, which has been outlawed in the nation since 2020. Players could first import their data and progress from PUBG Mobile into BGMI. This year, Krafton is organising brand-new competitions for BGMI.

SINCE ITS START IN JULY 2021, KRAFTON ANNOUNCED ON FRIDAY THAT IT HAD AMASSED OVER 100 MILLION REGISTERED USERS IN THE NATION:

“Millions of players have joined BGMI in its first year, making it a smashing success.The CEO of Krafton, Changhan Kim, stated in a prepared statement, “We have introduced significant tournaments, Indian themed collaborations, and celebrated India focused events with the community with a purpose of crafting a gameplay specific to our Indian users.

Battlegrounds Mobile India

The firm intends to host four professional and semi-professional BGMI tournaments for gamers in 2022, including BMOC, BMPS Season 1, BGIS Season 2, and BMPS Season 2. The events will have a total cash reward of Rs. 6 crores.
The developer claims to have made investments in India totaling over $10 million (approximately Rs. 79 crore) to advance the country’s gaming, esports, entertainment, and IT sectors.

PUBG MOBILE AND PUBG MOBILE LITE WERE OUTLAWED IN INDIA IN SEPTEMBER 2020:

Then, in July of last year, Krafton published BGMI, an unique edition designed specifically for mobile players in India.
Since its release, the game has allowed users to import their data from PUBG Mobile via Facebook and Twitter. Since then, additional features have been continuously added to the game.

The most recent update for the game was in May 2022, which added features such a Classic Mode, Core Circle mode, and an actual Livik map. A player skin sale, a few in-game bonuses, and a first-anniversary lobby are also present.
