The 24-year-old activist also was in the news as she was shot in the head by the Taliban in the year 2012, after that she found refugee in the West Midlands.

She informed the media about her marriage ceremony by tweeting a post where she wrote that she and Asser Malik are getting married to become partners for life. she also mentioned that the day is the most precious for her.

Who is Asser Malik?

Ever since the news of nikkah ceremony broke in, the internet has found a rush of general public towards knowing who is the young pakistani activist marrying to.

Asser Malik is an entrepreneur and also according to his LinkedIn profile is designated as the General manager for Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
Asser did completed his schooling as well as his graduation from Lahore, Pakistan. Along with Malala, Asser also shared the pictures of their private nikkah ceremony held in Birmingham, ENGLAND.

For the wedding, Malala chose a traditional attire of light pink color embroidered with jewels on the borders and a hijab on her head. Asser, the groom on the other hand to match up with his bride, Malala Yousafzai’s ensemble wore a three-piece suit with a pink tie.

The post she did got her hearted congratulations from across the globe, where Canadian prime minister, Justin Trudeau also congratulated her, and wished her great fortune.
