This game is a sequel to Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues, which debuted in October 2020. It will include new, more complex features, such as the Eagle Fang dojo to go along with the already-existing Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do dojos.Cobra Kai 2 doesn’t yet have a trailer or any screenshots, but here is a list of all the features for Dojos Rising:
• Exciting Game Modes: Play Cobra Classics to relive the show’s most memorable moments, or jump into Story Mode to become lost in an intriguing new plot that will have you fighting your way to the All Valley Tournament.
• Choose Your Dojo, Increase Your Strength: Select one of the three dojos-Eagle Fang, Cobra Kai, or Miyagi-Do and develop your talents by gathering chi and cash. To become the most powerful dojo and secure your position as the All Valley Tournament’s Grand Champion, recruit and train new members.
• 28 Playable Characters: Take on the roles of your favourite members of the show’s large cast and use their unique talents and abilities to succeed!
• Online VS Tournament: Enter the All Valley Tournament in online Tournament mode. Fight your way into history as the greatest champion.
Even though there were only eight playable characters in the original game, each one featured a distinct play style and customizable powers that could be levelled up. It’s unexpected that the sequel expands the cast to 28 people, increases the amount of plot content, and includes online competitions. Considering that no one other than myself seems to make a lot of noise regarding the first game, it is also astonishing that this sequel even exists.
Despite its many quirks and glitches, Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues is, in my opinion, one of the more pleasantly surprise licenced games of recent years. (The composers of the show also created an incredible soundtrack.) As the fall 2022 release of Cobra Kai 2: Dojos Rising draws near, if you like beat ‘em ups like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge and don’t mind some jank, keep it in mind. A few stores already accept preorders for it.The series’ producers are also hard at work on a Duke Nukem movie, which will be released this September, just before Cobra Kai season 5 debuts on Netflix.
