Channel 4 has announced plans for a documentary series on departing British Prime Minister Boris Johnson as the competition to succeed him heats up. As the race to become the next British prime minister heats up, the broadcaster Channel 4 has revealed plans for a documentary series on Boris Johnson, who is stepping down.

It will examine Johnson’s victory over former British Prime Minister David Cameron to win the position of school captain at Eton, his bid for the student presidency at Oxford, and his ascent to notoriety as the mayor of London and the leader of the nation.

Whatever the outcome of his political career, Channel 4’s chief programming officer said of Boris Johnson, “He has done more to impact Britain and the structure of our politics than any other recent political figure.”

This historical series will try to explain the factors that influenced the young boy who desired world dominance and how he came to think he could disregard political conventions.

The Trump Show, a 72 Films production, was ordered by Tim Hancock, commissioning editor for factual entertainment at Channel 4, and Alf Lawrie, head of factual entertainment.

In Michael Winterbottom’s drama series “This England,” which will premiere on Sky in the fall, Kenneth Branagh will portray Johnson.

The following debate between the Conservative party candidates for U.K. prime minister, scheduled for Tuesday on Sky News, has been postponed following contentious debates on Channel 4 last week and ITV on Sunday.

Former chancellor Rishi Sunak and current foreign secretary Liz Truss both declined to participate. This will increase your enjoyment, delight, amusement, and curiosity. Keep an eye on this space for updates.
